Director of Reconstruction

Essential Functions
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor and ensure all client requirements and quality standards are met.
- Documentation & Audits: Validate initial field documentation and review final job files for the audit process.
- Budget & Work Orders: Confirm and approve project budgets and work orders before execution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards regulations and OSHA/EPA guidelines.
- Team Management: Conduct daily Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings and manage onboarding for all reconstruction roles.
- Sub-Contractor Networks: Recruit vet and manage a robust network of sub-contractors and vendors.
- Operational Reporting: Prepare KPI reports track operational trends and provide strategic analysis to the Director.
- Company Vision: Ensure the division embodies the Paul Davis vision of providing extraordinary care.
- Sales Targets: Achieve defined sales goals and continuously work towards year over year sales growth.
- Profitability: Maintain defined Gross Margin levels across all projects.
- Brand Experience: Secure a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75 or greater from client
- Talent Development: Evaluate coach and develop A players to align with company culture.
- Workflow Optimization: Research and implement efficient restoration workflows software and equipment.
- SLA Execution: Understand and maintain strict Service Level Agreements with corporate partners.
- Quality Control: Conduct in-person field inspections and re-inspections to ensure quality control.
- On-Call Availability: Participate in the evening and weekend on-call rotation for emergency losses.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous construction management experience/team management experience is required; 3 years team management Xactimate and insurance adjusting experience is preferred.
- Licensing: Valid drivers license and a clean background check record.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite RMS
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills
