The ideal Inspector/Estimator:
- Is Self-Motivated
- Likes working with people
- Is organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Thrives under high-stress situations
- Has excellent communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including proper pronunciation and grammar and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
- Experience with Xactimate and Symbility platforms is preferred
- 2 years of administrative or office-related experience and business experience
- Has a valid drivers license without excessive points and DUI/OWI
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- 2 years of construction inspecting/estimating experience preferred
- The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
