Position:

Actively contribute to the customer and guest experience by ensuring prompt positive interaction though both telephone and in-person contact. Also provide general office support through a variety of clerical activities that enhance the efficiency of the inventory department operations. This is a temporary-to-hire position. Successful candidates may be offered a regular full-time position after 90 days based on performance attendance and business needs.

Essential Functions:

• Professionally administer all incoming calls and ensure they are redirected accordingly.
• Greet sign in and direct visitors in a professional friendly and hospitable manner.
• Kitchen/Cafe duties and set ups

Required Experience:

• Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as accept direction on given assignments.
• Patience to interact with a wide variety of individuals.
• Flexibility to move from one task to the next as priorities shift.
