As a dental clinic receptionist your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with dentists dental assistants and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized.

• Patient scheduling and confirmation

• Dental health records

• Maintaining patient accounts

• Insurance eligibility

• Direct customer service

• General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed.

• This role is part of our travel team that supports our clinics in Batesville and Highland AR

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Extensive organization skills and attention to detail

• Must be Bilingual Spanish

• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.

• Accept constructive feedback

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving and team player

• High school diploma

• 2 years of office experience desired

• Legible handwriting

• Basic Computer skills

Someone with exceptional customer service skills computer literacy ability to work independently and anticipate team and doctor needs.
