Position Summary:An excellent opportunity to work in a very respected busy Ears Nose Throat Head and Neck surgeons office. The perfect candidate must have previous medical experience comfortable with technology remains cheerful calm friendly and courteous at all times with patients and staff.

Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

With detailed accuracy responsible for patient data entry including demographics insurance health information

Meet and greet patients cheerfully and personably

Appointment scheduling

Excellent telephone etiquette

Comfortable collecting money for copays deductibles account balances day-end system balancing etc.

Know and follow all HIPAA rules and guidelines. Follows all Local State Federal laws and requirements

Willing and able to cross-train on multiple desks with different responsibilities on each

Able to stay on task to completion

Maintain tidy organized clean sanitized office

Participate in day-end office cleaning and sanitizing

Able to work in both our Orem and Provo office

Hours:All day Mondays & Fridays 8:30a-5:15p. Flexible to pick-up additional shifts.
