Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership group phones greeting customers and assisting in scheduling sale appointments.

* Hours 2 weekdays (Thursday Friday) 3:00PM-8PM and EVERY Saturday alternating opening 8AM-1PM and closing 1PM-6PM.

Responsibilities

Answer dealership phone
Greet and receive prospects and customers
Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
Work cooperatively with the sales team
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner

Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
