Outpatient Clinic Office Assistant for Carolina Therapy Services Inc. will assist other members of Outpatient Clinic team in daily operations including but not limited to the duties listed below. The office assistant will report directly to the Outpatient Clinic Office Manager/Administrator. Answering phone forwarding calls taking messages Filing Greeting Visitors Assist with minor office cleaning/organizing when needed Other duties as assigned |
