Receptionist (Part Time)

• Evening shifts
• Saturdays and Sundays
• Rotating Saturdays available (were happy to accommodate occasional Saturdays off when possible)

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly professional manner.
• Answer incoming multi-line telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Provide basic information and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area.
• Perform light administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
• Represent the dealership with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

• Friendly positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable answering a multi-line phone system.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a welcoming customer-focused environment during evening and weekend hours.
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus but not required.
