Lexus of Northborough is seeking a professional personable and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests this role is essential in creating the exceptional experience our dealership is known for.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment communicates professionally and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of the dealership.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Some evenings and weekends are required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
• Process payments and cashier transactions accurately
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Support the sales and service departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a polished and organized reception area

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have some night and weekend availability
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable organized and detail-oriented
• Previous receptionist cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency required
