Receptionist

Join Volkswagen - Tom Wood of Noblesville as a Receptionist where you will be the first point of contact for our dealership. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience with social media to help enhance our online presence.

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the front desk area.
• Assist with social media updates and monitor our dealerships online presence.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing data entry and handling correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service throughout the dealership.

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic social media content management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
