RECEPTIONIST

Sikky Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry specializing in high-quality performance parts and accessories. We are currently seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

As the first point of contact for our company the Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

- Monitor and order office supplies as needed

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Professional and friendly demeanor

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule including occasional weekends or evenings if needed
