• Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide a warm professional welcome

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department

• Schedule appointments and help manage customer flow

• Respond to basic customer inquiries in person by phone and through other communication channels

• Assist the sales service and management teams with administrative tasks

• Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area

• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up

• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers arrive
