- Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30PM
- Rotating Saturdays 5:30AM - 9:30AM

Kent Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) located in KentWA is part of Acadia Healthcares Comprehensive Treatment Centers the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Your Job as a Receptionist:
The Receptionist will receive patients and visitors to the clinic in a professional manner in accordance with the office procedure of the clinic. They are responsible for answering phones general administrative functions and providing general information about the clinic to patients and the public.
Your Responsibilities as a Receptionist:
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls;
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars;
- Greet and welcome patients clients and other visitors;
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations;
- Inform other employees of visitors arrivals or cancellations;
- Enter customer data and send correspondence;
- Copy file and maintain paper or electronic documents;
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email; and
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation for roles at Kent Comprehensive Treatment Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location role skill set and level of required by local law KentComprehensive Treatment Center provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Washington as set forth below.
Role Location: Washington
Calculated Salary Range for role: $21.00 per hour.
Your Education Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous office/administrative experience required; prefer experiencein a healthcare setting
- Experienced in answering telephones billing typing or computer word processing office machine operation and filing
- Must be comfortable with working in an addiction recovery environment
