The Tim Moran Auto Group is looking to hire a professional positive and upbeat Receptionist. There are two positions open full-time and part-time.
As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company and as suchyou should have a pleasant personality and ensure the front desk welcomes all guests positively as this is also a customer service role.
You may be assisting in answering calls for all three of our locations in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations therefore multitasking and stress management skillsare essential for this position.
This role may require fluctuating shifts at different locations (all within walking distance) so flexibility is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate switchboard telephone system
- Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customerto the appropriate individual for further communication.
- Assist in administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Entry level position
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must be over the age of 19
