Starting Pay: $16.00/hour based on experience

As the first point of contact for customers this role is essential in creating a welcoming positive and professional experience for every guest who walks through our doors or calls our dealership.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and brings a friendly patient and upbeat attitude to work each day. A warm smile positive energy and excellent customer service skills are a must.

Schedule

Monday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors in a professional friendly and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department
Process customer payments and issue receipts
Perform basic cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
Support dealership staff with various office duties
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information

Qualifications

Previous receptionist customer service cashier or administrative experience preferred
Cash handling experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly patient and customer-focused personality
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable attendance and punctuality
