Receptionist
Our Receptionists create the first impression of our dealerships while helping keep our office operations organized and running efficiently. From welcoming customers to managing dealership documents they play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Were looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our dealership this role youll greet customers answer incoming calls scan and organize dealership documents and provide administrative support to multiple departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people stays organized and takes pride in accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Scan upload and electronically organize repair orders vehicle deals invoices and other dealership documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify scanned documents are complete legible and properly filed within the dealership management system.
- Assist with filing copying printing and maintaining organized physical and electronic records.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail packages and dealership correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Service Parts and Accounting departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area.
- Assist customers with general dealership questions and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous receptionist administrative assistant customer service or dealership experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to scan upload and organize electronic documents accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment including scanners copiers and multi-line phone systems.
- Self-motivated dependable and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
