Receptionist JLL
What this job involves:
As a Receptionist at JLL youll serve as the welcoming face of our organization creating exceptional first impressions and memorable experiences for guests employees and visitors. This role is central to maintaining smooth daily operations and exemplifying JLLs commitment to outstanding service. Youll manage front-desk operations while anticipating guest needs and coordinating essential administrative functions that keep our workplace running efficiently. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Enthusiastically welcome guests anticipate their needs and assist with arrival office orientation and departure while maintaining a warm welcoming personality regardless of volume or time of day
- Track and manage all visitor traffic including vendors visiting employees and guests; print visitor badges and coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors
- Manage parking and vehicle logs records and coordinate event guest arrivals with professionalism and attention to detail
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services packages and mail while maintaining accurate records and efficient distribution
- Support employee on-boarding and off-boarding tracking processes in collaboration with team members
- Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all front-desk operations
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends in guest services develop best practices and create streamlined processes that enhance the overall guest experience
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of previous customer service related experience
- Fluency in English and local language with excellent professional communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining consistent elevated guest experiences and accuracy
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
- Physical ability to adequately perform required job functions including lifting up to 40 lbs bending and moving in a manner that performs tasks safely and in accordance with approved methods
- Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities and high volumes of guests
- Demonstrated confidence professionalism responsiveness and exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for creating experiences that go beyond expected service standards
- Initiative to proactively address guest needs and answer questions without prompting
- Personal knowledge of office services spaces and amenities to help guests feel welcomed and productive
- Experience supporting facilities management or annual management plans with key performance indicators
- Ability to perform ad hoc facilities assignments as needed
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple administrative systems simultaneously
Location: Florham Park NJ
Work Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Onsite)

Estimated compensation for this position:
45400..00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
