• Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and record keeping.
• Provide general information about the company and services to customers and clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to support daily office operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
