Starting pay is based on experience but if you start with us and excel quickly we can increase the pay without hesitation! Lets do this we CANT wait to meet you!
- Be the Director of First Impressions: Youll manage a multi-line phone system greet clients with a positive attitude and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
- Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: Youll maintain accurate medical records manage appointment schedules and handle financial transactions keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
- Advocate for Pet Health: Youll be a key partner in pet wellness educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
- Embody Compassion and Empathy: Youll be a calming presence for clients demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
- Veterinary experience is preferred and strong customer service skills is required.
- Available to work Monday-Friday and occasional weekend.
