Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Bismarck ND
Schedule: Full-Time In-Office

Were looking for a professional dependable and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our Bismarck team. As the first point of contact for clients guests and staff youll play a key role in creating a polished and positive experience every day.

This full-time role requires a consistent and reliable schedule during regular business hours to ensure continuous front desk coverage.

What Youll Do:

• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct calls using our VoIP phone system
• Sort and distribute mail packages and deliveries
• Provide administrative support including scanning data entry and scheduling
• Maintain a clean organized and client-ready front desk and lobby area
• Uphold confidentiality and assist with office tasks and projects as needed

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or admin training a plus)
• 12 years of experience in a receptionist admin or customer service role preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with VoIP phone systems preferred
• Strong communication skills professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:
This role requires prolonged sitting use of a computer occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) and the ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone. Reasonable accommodation will be provided.
