Job Summary:

As a Receptionist at SkinLife MedSpa you will be our clients first point of contact. Your role will be essential in creating a positive and friendly atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a professional demeanor and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner ensuring a positive first impression.

- Manage incoming calls schedule appointments and answer inquiries about our services.

- Check-in clients upon arrival and verify their information in our database.

- Assist clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.

- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth client flow and minimize waiting times.

- Handle payment processing and maintain accurate financial records.

- Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean organized and well-maintained.

- Maintain knowledge of all available treatments and promotions to effectively assist clients.

- Address client concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and inventory management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferably in a medical or aesthetic setting.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using office software and electronic scheduling systems.

- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.

- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of client interactions.

- Flexibility to work during spa hours which may include evenings and weekends if necessary.
