Receiving Associate- Warehouse

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving & Put-Away Associate to join a small fast-paced medical supply warehouse. If you take pride in staying organized working accurately and keeping operations running smoothly this could be a great fit for you.

This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy product organization and efficient warehouse flow.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders
  
• Inspect products for damage expiration dates lot numbers and accuracy
  
• Label scan and properly identify incoming inventory
  
• Put away products into designated warehouse locations
  
• Maintain organized inventory and accurate location control
  
• Rotate stock using FIFO / FEFO procedures when needed
  
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
  
• Keep receiving and storage areas clean safe and organized
  
• Report damaged goods shortages or inventory issues to management
  
• Assist with order pulling staging and general warehouse duties as needed
  

• Previous warehouse receiving shipping or inventory experience preferred
  
• Experience using barcode scanners or inventory systems is a plus
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Basic computer and data entry skills
  
• Ability to lift boxes and move equipment safely
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
