Receiving Associate

Were seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Associate to join our team in Plano this role youll be the backbone of our receiving operations managing incoming shipments verifying inventory accuracy and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If youre organized physically capable and thrive in a dynamic setting we want to hear from you.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and invoices
• Unload trucks and move merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Label organize and store inventory in designated locations
• Enter shipment and inventory data into warehouse management systems
• Report discrepancies shortages or damaged items to supervisors
• Maintain a clean organized and safe receiving area
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse shipping or receiving experience
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Forklift experience preferred

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent lifting bending and carrying
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
