The goal of PNCs Development Programs is to move analysts and associates from development roles into production roles in one of PNCs lines of business.

Realty Services Development Programassociates will spend one year gaininga strong foundationthrough on-the-job learningcoachingand mentoring and formal learning programs.Associates will rotate throughthree tofour of thefollowingareaseach lasting threeto fourmonths.Rotations are based on businessneedandskillset.
CorporateWorkplace
The Corporate Workplace groupis responsible forthe portfolio-wide spaceutilizationstrategy focusing on long-termobjectives execution and implementation of approvedstrategyand tactical planning decisions.
Design and Construction
TheDesign &Constructionteamis responsible forall construction projects such as renovation and new work that is undertaken at all PNCmajor buildings retail branchesand affiliate buildings. This group directs the activities of design professionals general contractors construction managers internal servicepartnersand other vendors.
Operations
The Operations groupis responsible forday-to-day management of facilities and mechanical support. The teamis responsible forproperty and project management building safety disaster remediation workordersand asset preservation. Additionally sub-teams include Guest Services ADA/Compliance as well as MechanicalEngineeringand Plumbing (MEP).
Project Management Office (PMO)
RealtyServicesProject Management Office (PMO) ensures successful delivery of real estate initiatives across the organization.
Real Estate Development
Realty Services Real Estate Development team leadsthe site selection and acquisition of newbranchreal estate.
Risk and Governance
Risk and Governance isa centralized team that iscomprisedof several sub-segments servicing key Realty Services needs whilemaintaininga moderate risk profile. Sub-segmentsinclude:Risk& Compliance Vendor Management Procurement Project Financials Environmental Services Energy & Sustainability and Enterprise Real Estate Project Management.
Transactions
The Transactionsspecializesin portfolio management siteselection contract negotiation disposition acquisition payments lease audit reconciliationabstractionand leasing. They manage all building and land transactions for owned and leased retail and major building properties where PNC serves as both tenant and landlord.The Realty Services Development Programis located inPittsburgh.
