Mission Realty Property Management manages one of the fastest-growing single-family rental portfolios in Richmond. We are a tight tech-forward team: AppFolio-based operations in-house maintenance and AI-driven tools that take the busywork off your plate so you can actually manage properties.

• $65000$70000 base salary depending on experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners in your portfolio

• Manage the tenant lifecycle: move-ins renewals rent collection delinquency follow-up move-outs

• Coordinate maintenance and turns with our in-house technician and trusted vendors

• Conduct inspections and keep owners informed with clear proactive communication

• Work leasing hand-in-hand with our team: showings coordination application review lease execution

• Keep AppFolio clean and current so the numbers always tell the truth

• 2 years of residential property management experience (single-family or scattered-site strongly preferred)

• Active Virginia real estate license or willingness to obtain one

• AppFolio experience is a big plus

• Organized direct communicator who stays calm when a water heater fails on a Friday

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
