What You Will Do

• Lead and grow a Dallas-based dirt/development real estate practice focusing on strategic market expansion.
• Originate manage and expand client relationships ensuring alignment with firm revenue expectations.
• Handle complex development acquisition disposition and financing transactions with a focus on delivering results.
• Meet assigned collection goals while operating within a working attorney model emphasizing personal billable contributions.
• Collaborate across offices to leverage capital markets finance restructuring and corporate capabilities for enhanced client service.
• Contribute strategically to office diversification and long-term market expansion initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 8 years of experience in real estate law with a demonstrated focus on development acquisitions and complex transactions.
• A verifiable portable book of business ideally exceeding $1.5M with a history of successful originations and collections.
• Strong market credibility in the Dallas area with a stable career progression reflecting professional growth.
• Ability to thrive in a collection-based compensation structure emphasizing meaningful personal contributions.
