Location

Orlando FL. This role is primarily in-office in a modern downtown setting with flexibility for a hybrid schedule (12 days per week) after a successful 90-day onboarding period.

Note

This role requires prior hands-on experience as a transactional real estate paralegal supporting attorneys on commercial or complex real estate matters.

Job Description

• Support attorneys in commercial and transactional real estate matters from start to finish
• Conduct and review title survey UCC lien and zoning searches
• Draft revise and organize purchase agreements leases and closing documents
• Manage due diligence materials transaction checklists and critical deadlines
• Coordinate with clients title companies lenders and governmental agencies
• Prepare closing binders record documents and assist with real estate closings
• Maintain organized transaction files and perform related legal research as needed

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a transactional real estate paralegal
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
