Location: This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Plymouth County Massachusetts offering the benefits of a collaborative office environment where youll work closely with attorneys clients lenders and colleagues throughout every stage of the transaction.

Note: To be considered candidates must have at least 1 year of real estate law experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.

Job Description

  • Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing.
  • Prepare review and organize real estate transactional documents.
  • Coordinate with attorneys clients lenders brokers title companies and other parties throughout the closing process.
  • Conduct title review due diligence lien searches and document verification.
  • Prepare loan packages closing documents title insurance documentation and recording packages.
  • Track transaction deadlines and maintain organized electronic and physical files.
  • Ensure compliance with firm procedures and applicable real estate regulations.
  • Utilize legal practice management software and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while working in a collaborative legal team environment.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of real estate paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting residential real estate transactions; commercial real estate experience is a plus.
  • Strong legal document drafting and document review skills.
  • Knowledge of title insurance closings and due diligence.
  • Experience coordinating with lenders title companies brokers and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Paralegal certificate related degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
