Job Description
  • Litigation Support: Assist attorneys with all stages of real estate litigation including discovery trial preparation and case management.
  • Client Relations: Serve as a key liaison between clients attorneys and opposing counsel fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain case files e-discovery platforms and document repositories with precision and efficiency.
  • Calendar and Deadline Tracking: Manage critical deadlines and coordinate schedules to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Database Management: Maintain case and client information databases ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all records.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: A background in utility construction and business/commercial litigation is preferred.
  • Education: A paralegal certificate or a four-year degree is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail strong multitasking abilities and the capability to manage several cases and attorneys simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and legal professionals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook Word Excel and database management tools.
