Location: Orlando Florida primarily on-site to encourage collaboration and mentorship with potential flexibility for exceptional candidates.

Job Description

• Represent clients in a wide variety of real estate transactional and local government matters.
• Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and transactional documents.
• Assist with land use zoning development title affordable housing and special district matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Work directly with experienced attorneys on sophisticated transactions from start to finish.
• Build trusted client relationships while delivering practical business-focused legal solutions.
• Collaborate across multiple practice areas in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license required.
• 1 years of experience in real estate law local government law transactional law land use title or a related practice area.
• Strong legal writing drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with affordable housing government law special districts or land use is a plus but not required.
• In-house and solo practice backgrounds will be considered.
