Real Estate Litigation Paralegal

A nationally recognized fast-growing boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to join its team in Northern New Jersey.

What Youll Do

• Manage multiple commercial real estate matters and transactions from inception through closing
• Prepare and review contracts leases title reports closing documents and other real estate documentation
• Coordinate with attorneys clients lenders and title companies to keep transactions moving efficiently
• Conduct due diligence including title searches survey reviews and zoning research
• Support real estate and construction litigation matters including document management and case organization
• Work closely with attorneys and clients on complex and time-sensitive matters

What Were Looking For

• 7 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Strong experience managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
• Solid knowledge of commercial real estate documentation title insurance and closing processes
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience supporting real estate or construction litigation is highly valued
• Ability to work 4 days per week in the firms Newark NJ office with 1 day remote
