A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Land Use Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers investors landowners and other real estate industry clients in sophisticated land use zoning and development matters.

5 years of land use zoning real estate or related experience gained at a sophisticated law firm or governmental agency

Experience representing developers landowners investors and other real estate industry participants

Experience handling land use entitlements zoning matters permitting annexations subdivisions and development approvals

Experience appearing before municipal boards planning commissions zoning authorities and governmental agencies

Experience advising clients regarding land development regulations comprehensive plans and environmental or regulatory compliance matters

Experience supporting real estate acquisitions dispositions and development projects is preferred

Strong legal research drafting negotiation analytical and communication skills

Ability to manage sophisticated matters while working directly with clients consultants and governmental authorities

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Active Texas bar admission required

Sophisticated national real estate and land use platform

Exposure to complex development zoning and entitlement matters

Significant client interaction and responsibility
