Experience representing lenders borrowers private equity sponsors investment funds financial institutions REITs or institutional investors

Experience with acquisition financings construction loans mortgage lending syndicated lending mezzanine financing and other commercial real estate finance transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements loan documents security agreements intercreditor agreements guaranties and related financing documents

Experience managing complex financing transactions from structuring through closing

Strong drafting analytical and communication skills

Ability to work directly with clients and transaction teams

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Florida bar admission preferred or ability to become admitted

Compensation ranging from $225000$500000

Sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions

Exposure to lender-side and borrower-side representations
