A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing financial institutions lenders investors and borrowers in sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions.

38 years of real estate finance experience at a law firm
Significant experience with commercial real estate lending transactions required
Experience representing lenders borrowers financial institutions or investors preferred
Exposure to balance sheet bank lending transactions is a plus
Experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements security documents guaranties and related financing documents
Strong drafting negotiation and communication skills
Desire for significant responsibility client interaction and teamwork
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
