Real Estate Development Project Manager

Were currently seeking a Real Estate Development Project Manager to join our Headquarters team!The Project Manager Development oversees the planning and execution of real estate or infrastructure development projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules budgets and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager works closely with internal teams consultants contractors and regulatory agencies to navigate approvals design and construction phases. This position requires strong leadership organizational skills and a deep understanding of the development You Will Do:Project Planning and Execution:Develop and manage project plans budgets and schedules for development project milestones from feasibility through construction turnover and support construction and project alignment with business goals regulatory requirements and stakeholder and Team Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external with architects engineers and consultants throughout the project project meetings and facilitate decision-making and Permitting Oversight:Manage entitlement processes including zoning permitting and environmental with local agencies and jurisdictions to ensure compliance with and report on permitting timelines and requirementsRisk Management and Reporting:Identify project risks and develop mitigation project performance and prepare regular status reports for documentation is complete accurate and audit-readyNote: The job duties above provide a general sense of the role; though additional duties may be assigned as You Will Shine:Education:Bachelors Degree in Real Estate Development Civil Engineering Urban Planning Construction Management or a related field or equivalent experience (4 years).Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in development project in project management software (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Procore).Proven experience managing complex multi-phase development with entitlement permitting and construction :PMP or equivalent project management certification estate development certification is a Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated expertise in managing development projects from concept to understanding of real estate construction and regulatory communication negotiation and stakeholder management analytical and problem-solving to manage multiple priorities and deadlines of financial modeling and budgeting for development to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
