Location

Sacramento California This is a full-time on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with an experienced legal team.

Job Description

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial lease agreements.
• Structure and document financing transactions.
• Draft partnership joint venture and operating agreements.
• Perform legal due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Coordinate closings and manage transactional timelines.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to developers investors lenders and commercial clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex real estate and business matters.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 4 years of concentrated commercial real estate transactional experience strongly preferred.
• Experience handling acquisitions dispositions leasing financing and related transactional matters.
• Excellent drafting negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong client communication and relationship management abilities.
• In-house commercial real estate experience welcomed.
