Entry Level Real Estate Attorney
A well-established real estate development firm in Somerset County New Jersey with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties is seeking a motivated entry-level Real Estate Attorney to join our legal and professional team.
Our firm is involved in all facets of real estate development including land acquisition due diligence entitlements financing construction and development. Having successfully developed thousands of homes and apartments we offer an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced legal development and real estate professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in real estate development and construction. The successful candidate will work closely with our legal and professional staff and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of real estate development matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey
- 3-5 years of experience preferred in real estate construction or a related practice area
- Experience with real estate transactions and contracts
- Familiarity with land acquisition and development entitlements
- Experience assisting with real estate closings and loan transactions
- Familiarity working with banks lenders and other financial institutions
- Strong research writing analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
