• Represent clients in sophisticated real estate transactions involving residential multifamily mixed-use and commercial development projects.
• Handle the acquisition and disposition of undeveloped land.
• Draft review negotiate and advise on purchase and sale agreements and other transactional documents.
• Represent homebuilders master-planned community developers apartment developers and other real estate clients.
• Advise clients throughout various stages of the real estate development lifecycle.
• Support transactions involving land acquisition financing project development and disposition.
• Conduct and oversee transactional due diligence.
• Identify and address legal and transactional issues associated with development projects.
• Coordinate with clients and other parties involved in complex real estate transactions.
• Manage transactions efficiently from initial negotiations through closing.
• Provide practical and strategic legal counsel to sophisticated real estate clients.

• 6 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Meaningful experience with acquisitions and dispositions of real property including undeveloped land.
• Strong understanding of sophisticated real estate transactions.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in The Florida Bar.
• Strong drafting negotiation analytical and communication skills.

• Significant experience representing homebuilders and residential developers.
• Experience representing master-planned community developers.
• Experience representing multifamily/apartment developers.
• Experience with mixed-use and commercial development projects.
• Experience advising clients throughout the complete development lifecycle.
• Experience with real estate development financing.
