Job Summary

Due to continued growth Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is seeking an attorney with 2 years of broad real estate transaction experience including acquisitions sales financing and leasing matters. Understanding of joint ventures and experience negotiating joint venture agreements is a plus. Our ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and New we are not accepting recruiter submissions for this expected base salary range for this position is $180000-$225000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors including (without limitation) the applicants qualifications relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held.
