A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorneyto join its growing Philadelphia office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across the country within a highly respected national real estate platform.

Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
Commercial leasing transactions
Real estate financing matters
Drafting and negotiating ancillary transaction documents
Direct client interaction and substantive deal responsibility
Exposure to real estate transactions throughout the United States
Collaboration with a sophisticated national real estate team

Approximately 34 years of commercial real estate experience
Experience with acquisitions dispositions leasing and commercial real estate financing transactions strongly preferred
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents required
Experience with real estate development projects and land use permitting matters is a plus
Excellent writing analytical and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and academic credentials
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school required
Active Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to waive in

Expected compensation ranges from approximately $235000 $325000 depending on class year experience and overall qualifications.
