Real Estate Associate Attorney
Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with approximately 36 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Real Estate practice in New York.
The successful candidate will work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions commercial real estate finance joint ventures REITs and real estate fund transactions. Attorneys in this practice represent developers institutional investors lenders borrowers private equity funds REITs and other market participants in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
This position offers the opportunity to work directly with experienced partners on high-profile transactions while building a long-term career in one of the countrys premier real estate practices.

Required Skills:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Approximately 36 years of commercial real estate transactional experience. Experience representing clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate finance transactions. Experience with joint ventures REITs real estate funds and commercial real estate finance. Excellent drafting negotiation analytical and communication skills. Strong academic credentials. Admitted to practice in New York or eligible for admission. Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
Required Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission preferred.
