Minneapolis MN Hybrid
Salary: $250000 - $365000

A nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing Minneapolis office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for a diverse client base that includes developers investors lenders owners and corporate occupiers across a wide range of industries.

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted in Minnesota

• Approximately 3-6 years of commercial real estate experience

• Experience with acquisitions dispositions leasing development and financing transactions

• Strong drafting analytical and negotiation skills

• Excellent academic credentials

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements leases financing documents and related transaction documents

• Assist with real estate development projects and due diligence matters

• Advise clients on commercial leasing financing and property management issues

• Coordinate complex transactions involving lenders developers investors and business stakeholders

• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on sophisticated real estate matters

• Sophisticated commercial real estate practice
