Location: Miami FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with meaningful flexibility. Attorneys are expected to maintain an active presence in the Miami office but there is no fixed number of required in-office days.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have 3 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience including at least 2 years of experience involving real estate acquisitions dispositions and financing.

Job Description
- Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing.
- Represent clients in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets.
- Draft review negotiate and manage financing documents and transaction agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate complex deal processes involving clients lenders opposing counsel and other stakeholders.
- Advise clients on transactional strategy risk and deal structure.
- Support leasing development hospitality and other real estate matters as experience and client needs require.
- Manage multiple sophisticated transactions while delivering responsive high-quality client service.
- Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on complex and high-value matters.
Qualifications
- Florida Bar license required.
- 3 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience.
- 2 years of direct experience with real estate acquisitions dispositions and financing.
- Strong drafting negotiation analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Major law firm experience preferred.
- Experience with leasing development or hospitality transactions is preferred.
