We are looking for aReal Estate AnalystinSan Francisco CA.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs cash flow and tax return analysis. Monitors ongoing compliance with financial covenants and initiatesappropriate remediesfor non-compliance.
  • Assists with loan portfolio reporting and preparation of credit presentations according tobankspolicy and guidelines.
  • Conducts industry research.
  • Conducts credit investigations and analyses.
  • Analyzes financial statements and related material todeterminefinancial conditions and trends.
  • Prepares summaries presents facts and offers opinions concerningcredit-worthiness.
  • Provides credit information and references for customers loan officers or other agencies as requested.
  • Ensures that all credit files include proper documentation including current financial statements agency reports etc.
  • Maintains control over current accounts noting payment progress watching for any developing problems and keeping loan officers informed.
  • Writescredit memorandums.
  • Mayaccompanylenders on business calls conduct industryresearchandassistwith special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires aBachelorsdegree in Finance or related field and 2 year of previous Real Estate Analyst experience.
  • Limited use and/or application of basic real estate credit concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements and general analysis gained through college coursework.
  • Basic PC skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of$93000 - $110000 depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
