Active New York State real estate salesperson license or actively working toward one. Strong communication skills and a genuine drive to help people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Self-motivated. Nobody is standing over your shoulder in this business so you need to manage your own time and pipeline. Comfortable with basic technology CRM systems email and digital marketing tools. Prior sales or real estate experience helps but its not required. Well train the right person.
