What Youll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
- Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance
- Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate accurate and timely deliveries
- Complete delivery tickets and maintain required operational and safety documentation
- Follow all company safety policies while providing professional customer service

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and maintain situational awareness
- Strong commitment to safety compliance and quality standards
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and customers
- Capability to perform physical job tasks including climbing lifting and working outdoors
- Reliable detail-oriented individual with sound decision-making skills
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
