Responsibilities / Tasks
Step into the fast-paced world of logistics as a Material Handler where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine! Youll be at the heart of our warehouse operations mastering the art of loading unloading processing put-away and picking of materials. Whether youre maneuvering reach trucks trucks driving forklifts or operating other material handling equipment youll ensure that every item is precisely where it needs to be.
Your keen attention to detail will be vital as you track the flow of materials and products ensuring everything is accounted for with accuracy and efficiency. But thats not all youll also play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding newer team members sharing your expertise and helping them reach their full potential.

Have a Safety 1st mindset.
Operate various types of material handling equipment including reach trucks electric pallet jacks high-lift and forklifts.
Unload and receive shipments from suppliers while verifying order accuracy.
Pick and stage orders for outbound shipments.
Check outbound orders for accuracy.
Load trailers with product for delivery.
Perform miscellaneous general warehouse duties as necessary
Your Profile / Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3 years of Reach Truck experience (HAZMAT experience preferred).
- RF Scanner WMS or SAP experience.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Good math skills.
- Experience with handling chemicals a plus.
- Other duties as assigned.
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $27-$22 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
