Job Summary

Blue Stone Health & Wellness is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic dental team. As an RDA you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality dental care and ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for our patients.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient care ensuring a clean organized and inviting environment.
  • Assist the dentist during various dental procedures offering essential instruments and materials.
  • Take dental X-rays and accurately process them for diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Sterilize and maintain dental instruments strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide post-operative care instructions.
  • Manage patient records including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and coordinating patient flow.
  • Assist with diverse procedures and fully utilize RDA skills.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
  • Active Registered Dental Assistant certification is required.
  • Xray Licensed
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Friendly demeanor self-motivation and a high level of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both patients and the dental team.
