R&D Kitchen Operations Assistant

• Primary Supervisor- Director of R&D
• Day-to-Day Lead- R&D Project Coordinator

• Support daily kitchen operations including prep organization and cleaning
• Assist with ingredient handling inventory and restocking
• Maintain a clean efficient and well-organized workspace
• Follow structured processes checklists and food safety standards
• Provide support during product testing and occasional showings
• Assist with light warehouse coordination when needed

• Have a passion for food flavors and the energy of a creative kitchen
• Are curious about how products are developed in a fast-paced foodservice brand
• Enjoy hands-on detail-oriented work that keeps a kitchen moving
• Are reliable proactive and organized
• Communicate well and thrive in a small collaborative team

• Regular weekly schedule
• Occasional adjustments for product showings or project timelines
• Schedules provided 2 weeks in advance
