Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How youll make an impact
  • Serve as global expert on load losses and short-circuit forces
  • Guide engineering teams through coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to R&D projects as Technical Lead or key team member
  • Develop transformer designs models and technical documentation
  • Perform electromagnetic simulations and analytical calculations
  • Define and execute validation experiments
  • Analyze test results and convert insights into design standards
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Your background
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 1015 years in transformer design or R&D environments
  • Strong expertise in load losses eddy currents and leakage flux
  • Deep understanding of short-circuit forces and electromechanics
  • Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g. FEM)
  • Proven success in R&D delivery problem-solving and failure analysis
